DGND Commercial Group is a private commercial real estate investment firm based out of Pearland, Texas. The Hernandez family has been doing business for over 30 years out of Pearland, TX and throughout the greater Houston area. Beginning with Aim Wireline Controls Inc., founded by Al Ferguson & Nancy Hernandez in 1987, Aim Solar Screens, and A1 Best Movers LLC, founded by David Hernandez Jr. in 2000.

Principal and founder of DGND Commercial Group. Holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a graduate certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell.

Gabriella Hernandez
Holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the Univeristy Texas at San Antonio.
